WP3: Gene reconciliation and mapping of events directly from gene family alignments

The mapping of gene duplication, transfer and loss typically involves reconciliating a gene tree with a species tree. WP3 aims at bypassing gene tree reconstruction to directly annotate events of gene family evolution without a gene tree.
