WP4: Associations between the genome and the phenotype without ancestral reconstructions

To understand the genomic bases of phenotypes in a comparative framework, one needs to reconstruct ancestral phenotypic states along a species phylogeny. WP4 aims at finding genotype-phenotype associations in a comparative framework, without reconstructing ancestral phenotypes.
